At imatia we have made a strong commitment to RD&I since our beginnings. Thanks to this intense activity, today we have the structure, means and methodology necessary to manage complex projects.
Although imatia has a department specialized in RD&I, practically all our staff is involved in this activity. This allows us to maintain a high technical and motivational level of our employees, but it is also an advantage to involve in the development of the products the people who have more functional knowledge of the business process to be automated.
