Exhaustive automated analysis of buildings

The general objective of the project is the development of an automated, active and multidisciplinary technology for inspection, evaluation and diagnosis of the composition and state of conservation and energy efficiency of the building envelopes of the built heritage, which facilitates obtaining accurate and sufficiently detailed information on the construction systems and pathologies, as well as an exhaustive analysis of the building.

The new automated system will be based on the use of a light and autonomous mobile robot, both in its displacement and power supply, with the capacity to access any part of the envelope.

It will also be able to be operated remotely. The new tool will have the capacity to exchange specific measurement elements and will be able to act on the building envelopes.

Companies and entities involved in the ROBIM project

The consortium for the development of the ROBIM project is multidisciplinary, multisectoral and interregional, bringing together leading companies and research organizations in each of the lines of the project. The participants have been selected on the basis of their know-how, experience and competences.
