First of all, citizens have an app for sending new incidents and monitoring existing ones. Public employees receive the incidents and can generate the corresponding work orders so that the operators can resolve them, notifying the citizen automatically once they have been resolved.
The platform allows the personalization of the citizen’s app, adapting it to the image and name of the City Council.
