Being able to count on always having the developers we need and who are also specialized in the technologies with which we work has allowed us to carry out our projects with the speed and quality demanded by the market, while remaining competitive.

When we developed the tool used by our installers to visit customers and resolve their faults, we chose Imatia because they have a platform, Ontimize, that allows us to develop user interfaces that can be modified very rapid and flexibly. There are certain environments, such as installers or our stores, where the keys are usability and security. The important thing is to serve the customer and protect their data, therefore they have to be fast, easy and safe systems. And when we are in those situations, we use Imatia. Thanks to the new application, now we can control the state and needs of each batch of fish that is reared in our plants: if they are well fed, if they grow at an appropriate pace, if they suffer any disease… Being able to have all this data together gives us a global vision that we didn’t have before and that now allows us to act more precisely to improve our results.

Thanks to Imatia, we have improved the development process of budgeting and cutting, dramatically decreasing the required efforts. Now, the salespeople can spend the majority of their time to looking for new opportunities and the technical office can focus more on R&D, which is the thing we are the best at, adding more value to our products.

When we built our factory in Medina del Campo (Spain), Imatia provided us with the management system for production, as well as warehouse management (WMS). These systems facilitate internal operations, from the supply of raw material to the head offices of the production lines, as well as all the internal logistics of the warehouse and the logistics of issuing merchandise for customers. They are a close and very flexible company, which are evolving our software according to what we demand.

Implementing Electronic Government in our town hall has allowed us to reduce the average time of processing and thus respond faster to the needs of citizens. Imatia helped us to improve many processes that we used to do manually and without sharing the information available, but above all, they continually and progressively collaborated with public employees and adapted to our needs.

With Imatia we have reached to be more competitive and approach our strategic plan for 2020. The capturing of plant data has made us more agile and more able to respond in a more adequate manner to the needs of an increasingly more competitive and difficult market.
