From its inception Imatia adopted an internal infrastructure more suited to the processes required for successful Partner based business relationships. A Consultancy and Applications Engineering Group within Imatia was formed, Imatia Labs, to help its Partners produce innovative open source software products or product components based on Ontimize. The custom application solutions so developed with Partners have been quickly integrated within their customers’ current IT environments, well integrated with existing in-house systems and with minimum impact on previously made high software investments.

By using Ontimize within Imatia Labs, a growing portfolio of “out-of-the-box”, but very customizable, vertical application solutions for its partners has also begun to evolve.
